Circlework™ Training in Israel

for Jewish and Palestinian women
Beginning November 2008

Jalaja

The Institute for Circlework believes that the empowerment of women, and especially of strong female leaders, is a key to peace in the Middle East. For several years our founder Jalaja Bonheim has been working with Jewish and Arab women in Israel, as featured on our DVD Circlework: A Path to Peace in the Middle East. Many of these women are currently co-facilitating circles for Jews and Arabs. As you might imagine, this is no easy task. To succeed, they need expert training in the art of circle leadership. Therefore, they have been asking Jalaja to offer Circlework Training in Israel.

Israel Circle 2

The Circlework™ Training program will impart the skills of Circlework to a select group of twenty Jewish and Palestinian women. It will include two five-day residential workshops per year, conference calls, special assignments, and supervision sessions.

Not only will this provide a life-changing experience for these women, most of whom have experienced tremendous trauma and loss, but it will also send ripples of healing through their families and communities. All participants will lead circles and will emerge with a sophisticated understanding of circle dynamics, greater confidence in their leadership skills, new tools, and an enduring support system for their continued development. Please help us provide the nurturing soil, so the seeds of peace can take root and flourish! Please send your tax-deductible donation to:
